Day 01 - NJP Railway station /Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok
Upon arrival at the Bagdogra Airport/NJP Railway Station, get transferred to Gangtok. Check-in at the hotel. Take a stroll on the famous M G Marg at your leisure. Overnight in Gangtok.
Day 02 - Gangtok Local Sightseeing: Tsongmo Lake | Baba Mandir
After breakfast, proceed for a day excursion to the Tsomgo Lake, which is 40 km from Gangtok and is situated at a height of 3,780 metres. Post this, travel to Baba Mandir another 17 km beyond Tsomgo lake. Return to Gangtok. Overnight in Gangtok.
Day 03 - Gangtok to Lachung
After breakfast, proceed to Lachung. On the way to Lachung, you will visit the Singhik viewpoint, Seven Sister Waterfalls, Naga Waterfalls, Bhima Nala and Twin Falls. Reach Lanchungin the evening. Overnight in Lachung.
After breakfast, visit the Yumthang valley which is also known as the Valley of Flowers. On your way back, visit the hot spring which is claimed to have medicinal properties. Visit other sightseeing spots in between the route. Return to Gangtok. Overnight in Gangtok.
Day 05 - Gangtok to Darjeeling
After breakfast, proceed from Gangtok to Darjeeling. In the evening explore the famous mall road in Darjeeling. Overnight in Darjeeling.
Day 06 - Darjeeling Local Sightseeing
Early in the morning (at around at 4 am), visit the Tiger Hill, Batasia loop, and the Ghoom Monastery. Return and have your breakfast. Post that, leave for the day's sightseeing. Visit Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and Peace Pagoda. The Darjeeling Ropeway which is a round trip from Singamari to Tukvar taking 40 mins, offers breathtaking views of tea gardens. Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre, Tensing Rock, and the Japanese Temple are other notable tourist destinations. Overnight in Darjeeling.
Note: The Himalayan Mountaineering Institute & Zoological Park is closed on Thursday and the Tibetan Refugee Centre is closed on Sunday.
Day 07 - Darjeeling to NJP / Bagdogra
After your breakfast, depart for NJP station/ Bagdogra Airport (IXB)
