Day 1: Coimbatore - Ooty
Upon arrival at Coimbatore airport/ railway station, proceed to Ooty. Ooty is located in the Western Ghats zone at an altitude of 2240 meters. Check in to the hotel as you arrive in Ooty. The evening is on leisure. Overnight at Ooty.
Day 2: Ooty
After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Ooty. Visit the Doddabeta Peak, which is the highest peak of Ooty. From here you will get a very panoramic view of the neighboring regions. By noon return to Ooty town. In the afternoon visit the famous Botanical garden and the Ooty Lake, where boating facility is available (optional- cost not included). Horse-back riding around the lake also is available (optional- cost not included). Evening free for shopping and other activities. Overnight at Ooty.
Day 3: Ooty - Kodaikanal
After breakfast, proceed to Kodaikanal. Kodaikanal is a hill town in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It’s set in an area of granite cliffs, forested valleys, lakes, waterfalls, and grassy hills. Check-in at the hotel. Overnight at Kodaikanal.
Day4: Kodaikanal
After breakfast, proceed for a half day local tour of Kodaikanal, covering Byrant Park, Coaker's walk, Pillar Rock and Suicide point. In the evening visit Kodai Lake. Kodai lake is a man-made star shaped lake, which spreads out over sixty acres. Overnight at Kodaikanal.
Day 5: Kodaikanal – Madurai/Coimbatore
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Madurai/Coimbatore airport/ railway station for onward journey.
